Typing

• All documents are proofread before being returned.
• We may be able to use your custom program on our system. In this case we would enter data on our system and it would automatically be sent to your system.

Data entry

• Spreadsheets and databases.
• Excel, OpenOffice, StarOffice - most formats.
• We may be able to use your custom program on our system. In this case we would enter data on our system and it would automatically be sent to your system.

Designing

• Leaflets, flyers, posters, menus, layouts, covers, etc.
• All known graphical file formats.
• We can do basic artwork but for more complex artwork it would be better to hire a graphic designer (they specialise in artwork). You can then send us the artwork.
• All documents are checked carefully before being returned.

Web searching

We can search the web for items, information or services that...

• You can't find yourself.
• Are cheaper or better than ones you have found.

Please note that we do not provide these items, information or services, but merely tell you where they are or who provides them. We also cannot guarantee that we will be able to find what you are looking for.

• This service differs to the others in two ways.
• The first difference is that you don't tell us the maximum number of hours that we should work.
• The second difference is that after searching, we give you detailed specifications of what we have found and how long it took us to find it (our fee) and you can decide whether or not you want it. If you don't then you will not be charged at all (and we won't tell you the location of what we have found). If you do then we will tell you the location of what we have found and charge you as we would for any other task.
• For this reason, only we have anything to lose. We use our judgement to decide whether or not a search would be pointful and how long to spend searching.
• Please describe what you are looking for in detail, including how much you would would be willing to pay (including our fee), precise specifications, features, etc.
