Requirements
- A computer with internet access.
- An email address.

A flatbed scanner, if you need to send us anything that you
only have on paper.
Flatbed scanners:
- Copy paper documents onto a computer.
- Can be used as a photocopier (if you have a printer).
- Can be used as a fax machine (if you have a modem).
- Are invaluable for filing all types of document.
- Can be bought for less than £40 (colour scanner and software).
Registration
- You need to register with us before you can use our services.

To do this, select "Register with us"
from the menu on the left.
- Once registered you will be given an "account".
Account
Name:
- The name of your account is your email address.
Balance:
- Your balance starts at £0.

After tasks have been returned to you, any corresponding charges are credited
to your balance.

After payment has been received and the funds have cleared to our account
we will debit your balance by the amount paid to us.
- Normally, your balance cannot exceed your credit limit.

We may allow a balance that is more in credit than your credit limit, but this is
entirely at our discretion.
Credit limit:

You are given an initial credit limit. The amount depends on how much information
you give us to confirm the legitimacy of you, your email address and your business or
organisation.
- We will happily increase the credit limit as trust is built.

Setting and altering of the credit limit is done at our discretion and by an amount
of our choosing.
Billing:

Billing periods are:
- The first day of each month to the fifteenth day of the same month.
- The sixteenth day of each month to the last day of the same month.

We will send you a bill at the end of each period (unless you have not used
our services during the period).

If the total for the period is a relatively small amount, we may decide to postpone
payment and add the amount due to the bill for the following period.

Payment must be received within two weeks (fourteen days) of us sending
you the bill.

You are only billed for tasks that have been returned to you during the period
in question.

You may clear some of your balance before the end of the present period, if you
wish.
Payment:

Although more than one person may contribute to your tasks, you make a payment
to only one account, as this is more convenient for you.

Setting us tasks
Firstly:
- Checking our current workload, decide on a time limit and deadline.
- Ensure that you have enough available credit.
- Scan any paper documents onto your computer.
Secondly:
Email us with the following information:
- The time limit and deadline for the task.

Details of the task including your preferred file transfer method (if applicable) and all
other relevant information.
- Any associated files (if using email attachment for file transfer).
